Say you can have a weight of 100 pounds, with a 30% fat- you are, in normal terms, a skinny person at 100 pounds, but with a 30% fat, you are a fat person- in other words, you are a skinny fat person!

Viewed in another way, a female bodybuilder person may be 160 pounds but with 12% fat, she is lean with low fat.

Ok, with that understanding, what should be your objective?

You should be targeting FAT LOSS and not just weight loss, and getting good muscle tone or building good muscle tone.
